Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that School timings have changed from 15th October, 2018, Monday. The School hours are from 9:15 am to 1:30 pm, on Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, School hours are from 9:15 am to 1:00 pm.
Any Indian festival seems to be incomplete without the traditional Indian festivities, such as gathering, celebrations, exchange of sweets and gifts, lots of noise, singing and dancing. Festivals are the celebration of togetherness as being as a united family and the festival "Raksha Bandhan" is not an exception of this.
Raksha Bandhan is not only for meant for siblings, but for protection of any loved one. 'Raksha' means protection and 'bandhan' means bond. Hence the festival does not signify bond between a brother and sister only.
Summer vacation starts from 13th May, 2018. Vedic International School reopens after summer vacation on 20th June, 2018.
